About the Role As a Business Consultant, you'll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and generating new business to closing deals and supporting implementation. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Experience selling Payroll, HCM, PEO, HR Services, Insurance, Staffing, SaaS, or other consultative business solutions is a plus
Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close deals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, channel partners, and self-generated prospecting
Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through implementation
Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend customized HR and business solutions
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Travel within your territory for client meetings, networking events, conferences, and team meetings
