The Business Change Director - Epic Systems is responsible for specializing in Epic Systems integration and data exchange initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, system capabilities, and enterprise strategy. This Director will ensure seamless, secure, and accurate data exchange, troubleshooting interface errors, and collaborating with technical teams for optimal system integration and performance. In addition, assist with designs, configures, tests, and maintain data interfaces (HL7, FHIR) between the Epic EHR system and external applications.
