About The Position

The Business Banking Underwriter II - Practice Finance is responsible for underwriting Business Banking loans to determine credit worthiness and compliance with Bank lending policy. This role supports Business Banking production by maintaining an individual pipeline of work. The underwriter reviews all financial and credit application information to make sound credit decisions. Credits would typically include those with moderate complexity and customer exposure up to $2,500M. The role utilizes single approval authority up to $2MM and appropriately assesses the risk profile of the borrower. Tasks are performed as needed to support the line of business and job family, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree
3+ years’ experience with business or commercial underwriting in a centralized lending environment
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
