About The Position

C&N is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to develop new business relationships while delivering Treasury Management products and services that help businesses operate more efficiently. In this role, you will work directly with business clients to understand their needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor for Treasury Management services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping local businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships by identifying prospects, cultivating referral sources, and expanding C&N's Treasury Management and business banking services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients by understanding their financial needs, providing ongoing support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Recommend, implement, and support Treasury Management products and services, including digital banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, Lockbox, and business credit cards.
• Partner with Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers, branch teammates, and other business partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and review account documentation, complete required disclosures, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate client records.
