Requirements

At least 3 years of dental front office experience
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
Eager to continue learning and growing professionally
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications.
Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets.
Address patient financial concerns and maintain accurate financial records.
