About The Position

Virtuos is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded Business Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and global commercial organization. This is a critical enabling role at the center of a fast-moving, globally distributed sales team — one that touches every facet of how we go to market, engage clients, and drive revenue across the interactive entertainment industry. You will be the operational backbone of the CRO, keeping an executive who is constantly in motion — across time zones, client meetings, industry events, and internal strategic sessions — focused on what matters most. You will own the rhythm of business for the commercial team, run the administrative infrastructure that makes the sales org hum, and show up in the field when it counts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, communicates with precision, and genuinely cares about the business they support. Prior experience in technology, gaming, SaaS, or professional services is a strong differentiator. Founded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies.
