We're hiring an Assistant Business Manager that is willing to learn, take initiative and make a difference. This role involves working closely with the Business Manager to learn all aspects of property management, including administrative and financial duties. You will supervise staff and manage the property when the Business Manager is absent. Responsibilities include inspecting common areas and units, collecting rent, processing invoices, managing delinquent accounts, maintaining resident files, and supporting marketing and leasing efforts. You will also assist with resident service requests and ensure renters insurance compliance.
