About The Position

The Electronic Solutions Operations Proposal Group is seeking a knowledgeable, high energy Proposal Lead to support various business areas. The Operations Proposal Group is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the pricing of the Operations Content (manufacturing nonrecurring, manufacturing labor, and material) of ES Proposals. The successful candidate will need to be able to ensure proposals conform to Government requirements and ES proposal governance. The successful candidate will also perform special projects and participate on process improvement teams.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience.
Ability to prioritize and self manage a multi-tasked workload in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrate sound decision making skills, balancing the ability to independently seek solutions with knowing when, how and from whom to request assistance from.
Ability to successfully communicate, partner cross-functionally, and "get to Yes" while complying with internal and external requirements, policies, and procedures.
Ability to successfully manage fluid deadline schedules and work priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Nice To Haves

Prior experience preparing/ pricing proposals for submission to government customers.
Working knowledge of FAR 15.408, Table 15-2; DFARS 252.215.7007, and finance directives and Practice 8-02.

Responsibilities
