Interact with Business professionals, IT and 3rd party Vendors to provide functional and technical support across multiple applications within Property Operations! Configure administrative and security settings in support of business-related requests as well as provide tier 3 user support and problem solving while providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness. Serve as the Project Manager for small to medium scale Property Operations initiatives. Although high profile, these initiatives are usually short in duration and involve typical project management activities including the coordination of data and activities across various groups in Property Operations and other AIR Community departments. Develop subject matter expertise in business applications. Configure application administrative settings in support of business-related requests. Configure document mapping for automated document generation tool. Maintain change control records and/or directories. Database configuration and setup for property acquisitions and dispositions. Ad-hoc query/report extraction. Maintain security roles and coordinate with IT to implement roles in an effort to ensure compliance. Trouble shoot and determine resolution where there is no historical pre-defined solution. Work typically involves unique situations involving heavy inter-departmental interaction. Developing and documenting new processes that are timely as well as meet regulatory standards. Provide meeting facilitation for key projects that have been assigned. Provide project management for key projects to ensure they are within budget and on time.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with Entrata Systems. (3-5 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
  • Assumes accountability for configuration data integrity and communication of such.
  • Ability to respond quickly and determine appropriate sense of urgency when warranted.
  • Demonstrates ability to trouble shoot and determine resolution where no historical pre-defined solution exists.
  • Organizational and team interaction skills.

Responsibilities
