Serves as primary technical support for Warehouse Management System “C2C” and dimensioning equipment and software “Cargo Spectre”. Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of software applications. Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements that improve user experience and process. Responsible for design, development, and execution of test cases. Provide Help Desk Support. Create and maintain application support documentation. Light travel may be required (10%).
