About The Position

Driscoll’s, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst III to design, configure, implement, and maintain the company’s Financial Planning Applications. Provide support to Developers on business and functional requirements/specifications related to EPM Applications. Assist in data conversion, perform system validations, support testing phases, including SIT and UAT, and manage administrative tasks such as user provisioning, metadata management, and approval workflows. Provide support for EPBCS and EDMCS applications, including system configuration, resolutions, performance monitoring, and user assistance. Develop data flow diagram, process flow diagram, map business processes, and conduct application gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of progressively responsible experience as an EPM Consultant, Systems Analyst, or related.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with full life cycle implementation of EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, PCMCS, FCCS, and Cloud Tax Reporting modules.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with EPBCS modules, including Finance, Workforce, Capex and Projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with EPM and ERP integrations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with automation and execution of MaxL scripts using EPM Automate command line and Rest APIs for integrations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with creating and managing reports in SmartView, Planning AdHoc and Oracle Reports.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle OTBI, BIP Reports, Integrations (OIC), BICC, and FRS.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with reviewing and maintaining systems documentation, including FDDs, TDDs, and Configuration workbooks.
