About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Agency Office of State Human Resources Division Temporary Solutions. The primary goal is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of our greatest asset – OUR EMPLOYEES. This position is located at 1915 Health Services Way - Wake County and is assigned to DHHS Public Health. The role will facilitate data visualization and analyses that will enhance impactful use of data for locals and marginalized communities across North Carolina. This role will also assist with the conversion of Tableau dashboards to PowerBI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible IT business analysis, process improvement, or strategic systems work; or Associate degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible IT business analysis, process improvement, or strategic systems work, or High school diploma or GED and eight (8) years of directly relevant experience, including significant enterprise-level or cross-functional leadership responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience leading to equivalent qualifications.
