About The Position

This role supports the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) by combining data analysis, system administration, and reporting responsibilities to maintain and improve GSOC systems, ensure data accuracy and reliability, support integrations and troubleshooting, and deliver actionable insights. The role partners closely with GSOC leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure systems, data, and reporting align with operational needs and business objectives, enabling effective decision‑making during both steady‑state and high‑impact risk events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, system support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting business or operational systems, including user access, troubleshooting, or integrations.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements, map processes, and translate operational needs into functional data and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global, and operationally sensitive environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in data analytics, information systems, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a GSOC or SOC preferred.
  • Experience with AI‑enabled tools, automation, or API‑based integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with Genetec and Everbridge systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, access management, and security best practices preferred; experience supporting incident response, crisis management, or security operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GSOC leadership and key stakeholders to gather, document, and translate operational and reporting requirements into practical data, system, and reporting solutions.
  • Support the administration, configuration, and day‑to‑day functionality of GSOC systems and applications, including basic troubleshooting and coordination of issue resolution.
  • Collect, clean, organize, and maintain security‑related data sets used for reporting, analysis, and operational decision‑making.
  • Monitor system performance and data flows, identify data quality or system issues, and coordinate resolution to help ensure stable, reliable GSOC operations.
  • Develop and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and briefings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for GSOC leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends across incidents, alarms, emergencies, risk events, and GSOC operations to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities, including automation, integrations, and AI‑enabled analytics, where applicable.
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, workflows, and system processes to improve consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with Global Security partners, IT teams, vendors, and other internal functions to ensure GSOC systems and reporting align with business needs and end‑user requirements.
  • Apply data governance, access control, privacy, and security best practices to protect information and support compliance expectations.
