The primary mandate of an ERP Business System Analyst is to test software modifications, analyze various business system functionalities, and provide level 2 support. Requirements

  • DEC in computer science, logistics, or administration; equivalent work experience is also acceptable
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, collection of functional and technical requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills, both with external clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
  • Good understanding of sales, distribution, and logistics in a B2B environment is essential
  • Experience with SX/TWL is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of business system strategies
  • Support the team in documenting functional and technical requirements for any changes or new features
  • Create, develop, implement, and use application test scripts
  • Perform and document application tests based on the results obtained
  • Assist the development team in reproducing anomalies encountered by clients and during testing
  • Follow up with the development team to ensure the correction of identified anomalies
  • Perform level 2 customer support
  • Responsible for certain configurations of ERP and WMS systems
  • Responsible for adherence to and promotion of the PMO's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members and other teams
  • Document various user and administrative functionalities
  • Other tasks as needed
