As a Business Analytics Manager Senior within PNC's Enterprise Change Office organization, you will be based in one of the following locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Chicago, IL; Birmingham, AL or Kalamazoo, MI. The Business Analytics Manager Senior will lead the reporting and analytics function within the Enterprise Change Office, driving the development of scalable, data-driven insights that enable effective risk mitigation, financial stewardship, and reduction of enterprise impact as change is implemented. This role is accountable for defining and measuring value realization through adoption, behavioral, and outcome-based metrics, and for delivering predictive and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and portfolio prioritization. The leader will strengthen data governance and analytics standards to ensure data integrity, consistency, and auditability, while partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Risk, HR, Technology, and Strategic Portfolio Management to deliver integrated, enterprise-level insights. In addition, the role requires translating complex data into clear executive narratives that influence leadership decisions, as well as building and leading a high-performing analytics team capable of advancing modern analytics capabilities and supporting stakeholders at the executive, regulator, and practitioner levels. Responsibilities

  • Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
  • Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
  • Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
