About The Position

As a member of the Strategic Intelligence and Automation team, the Business Analytics Analyst works with data to automate data movement, integrate analysis into business processes, and report analytical findings. The role builds ETL workflows, collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements, and supports testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. It also investigates client issues and internal questions through queries and data analysis, contributes to knowledge management, and participates in team collaboration and culture initiatives.

Requirements

Intermediate understanding of SQL.
At least 2 years of experience in ETL work with Dataiku or Alteryx.
At least 2 years of experience with Python.
At least 2 years of experience in data engineering.
Awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

Nice To Haves

At least 4 years of experience with multiple SQL dialects, such as T-SQL, Google BigQuery, and Oracle.
At least 4 years of experience with Python.
At least 4 years of experience with ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx.
At least 4 years of experience in a data engineering role.
At least 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps for project management.
Awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Build ETL workflows using Dataiku and Python to receive, manipulate, and populate data.
Collaborate with product managers, clinical support, designers, and other cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements.
Support team members with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Research and resolve client issues by writing queries and analyzing data to help retain the client base.
Investigate data sets to answer internal questions.
Contribute to knowledge management initiatives so knowledge and best practices are understood and shared across the organization.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to team goals.
Assist in maintaining an integrated high-performance culture.
