About The Position
EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a process requirement expert. This role involves analyzing business use cases for potential automation, creating process definitions and maps for bot development, and engaging with stakeholders to educate them on the DAS program and capabilities while capturing requirements. The Business Analyst will also support CoE maintenance by assisting with submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and fulfilling operational reporting requirements. A key part of this role includes designing and developing client-ready documents such as executive decision and informational briefings, stakeholder storyboarding, and governance materials.
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
- Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
- Process-oriented with critical thinking abilities
- Skilled in Requirement Capturing
Responsibilities
- Process requirement experts analyze business use cases for possible automation and, subsequently, create the process definitions and process maps critical for successful bot development.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to educate them on the DAS program and capabilities and capture requirements.
- Support CoE maintenance by supporting submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and operational reporting requirements.
- Design and develop client-ready documents such as executive decision and informational briefings, stakeholder storyboarding, and governance materials.
- Validate requests are in scope.
- Work with the customer to develop the requirements and hand them off to the developers.
- Ask the right questions to facilitate development.
