About The Position

This role serves as a Business Analyst focused on producing structured documentation that enables clear requirements definition, effective project governance, and transparent solution delivery. The position partners closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into formalized artifacts that guide design, development, and validation activities.

Requirements

• 3 Years of experience serving as a Business Analyst developing structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery.
• 3 Years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• 3 Years of experience developing Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation.
• Experience producing structured requirements artifacts including business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Experience maintaining requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered functionality.
• Experience developing acceptance criteria and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
• Experience preparing project artifacts including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.
• Experience collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Experience maintaining organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develops Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation to establish project boundaries and objectives.
• Produces structured requirements artifacts including business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Documents current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process mapping techniques.
• Maintains requirements traceability across lifecycle stages to ensure alignment between requirements, design, testing, and delivered solutions.
• Develops acceptance criteria and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation to validate solution completeness.
• Prepares supporting project artifacts such as meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder communication documentation.
• Collaborates with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Maintains organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness.
