About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Global Delivery Governance team. This is a net-new, entry-level individual contributor role focused on turning data into direction and ambiguity into answers. The work involves analyzing delivery portfolio data, supporting the Business Value Rubric, enabling the Risk Accountability Protocol, supporting requirements development for tooling and automation, managing intake and roadmap operations, and synthesizing feedback from the field.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in business analysis, operations, data analytics, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret data and translate findings into clear takeaways.

  • Strong written communication skills — ability to make complex information clear and tailored to the audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and self-directed in an environment where not everything is defined.
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with or genuine openness to AI-assisted work tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Agentforce.
  • Collaborative and reliable — do what you say you'll do, flag problems early, and make others more effective.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • High-velocity learner with genuine enthusiasm for operating in an environment that is building itself in real time.
