About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful project outcomes. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to define scope, document processes, and ensure solutions meet intended objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting projects or product delivery.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements.
  • Comfortable working in both structured and rapidly growing environments.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative, dependable, and accountable for high-quality outputs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with requirements documentation, user stories, and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
  • Proficiency with common collaboration and documentation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate artifacts (e.g. user stories, process flows).
  • Support project scoping by clearly defining requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, PMs, and delivery teams to clarify needs, resolve ambiguities, and manage requirement changes.
  • Assist the PM in coordinating and supporting UAT activities, including test case development, execution, issue tracking, and validation, stepping in to perform testing when user availability is limited.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality.
