About The Position

The Business Analyst is a direct extension of the Chief of Staff's execution capacity, helping advance cross-functional projects and operational workstreams critical to the business. For approximately the first two years, the role is expected to focus heavily on project management, including coordinating product and platform upgrade sequencing, migrating customers from a legacy platform to a modern platform, and supporting standard and custom client implementations across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and operations. As the role matures, its scope is expected to broaden into wider business operations, analytics, and strategic-initiative work. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that regularly interacts with the ELT and requires independent judgment amid ambiguous, fast-moving priorities, while producing consistently polished, executive-ready work.
