As a Business Analyst at Change Connect Inc., you will support consulting engagements focused on revenue optimization, sales effectiveness, and growth strategy. You will assist consultants by preparing client-ready materials, coordinating project activities, documenting processes, supporting market research, and helping manage communication with clients and internal teams. This role provides hands-on exposure to how sales-driven businesses operate, with a front-row view of revenue-related functions such as sales operations, customer management, pipeline processes, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Through client projects, you will also gain contextual exposure to adjacent functions (operations, finance, and marketing) as they relate to revenue performance and growth. This position is ideal for someone interested in consulting, sales operations, and business process improvement who enjoys working behind the scenes to support high-quality client delivery. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
