About The Position

The Business Analyst will work as part of the Development team and be the primary interface with the customers for new business requests and enhancements. The person will also lead the effort to prioritize user requests, manage customer expectations and coordinate completion of work to meet the needs of the deliverable. The individual will also interface with other IT and Technology stakeholders to understand and document the requirements from a system interaction perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and user needs, translate them into proper system requirement specifications, determine the deliverables and help estimate the effort required.
  • Communicate and explain the requirements to the technical staff and document requirements as needed.
