The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading end‑to‑end implementations of commercial loan origination and credit lifecycle platforms, primarily CreditLens and Lending Suite, for Capgemini clients. This is a client-facing role requiring deep commercial banking, underwriting, and regulatory expertise, combined with strong delivery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement CreditLens and Commercial Lending Suite for financial services clients
• Lead client workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions
• Manage multiple implementation programs simultaneously.
• Configure and support commercial loan origination, approval, and underwriting workflows
• Interpret and validate: Financial spreads and ratio analysis, Global cash flow and combined statements, Covenants (calculation, tracking, testing)
• Ensure alignment with commercial lending regulations and credit policies
• Partner with relationship managers, underwriters, risk, and credit teams
