About The Position

Uline is hiring a Business Analyst for its Facilities team at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role analyzes Facilities data, identifies operational challenges and cost-saving opportunities, and develops insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions and improve performance across Uline’s North American footprint. The position also supports operational audits and evaluates customer feedback and performance trends. The role requires travel to Uline locations in North America and internationally as needed. All positions are on-site. Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with more than 10,000 employees across 15 locations. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

A major in Business, Data, or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze Facilities data and prepare insights and recommendations to help Uline leaders make informed business decisions.
Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with teams across the business to support implementation.
Evaluate customer feedback and performance trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Support operational audits, evaluate findings, and recommend improvements to Facilities processes and operations.
Travel to Uline’s North American locations and international locations as needed.
