About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Belgrade and play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, uncover trends, and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that support business goals. You’ll be part of a global team working on patent intelligence products used by professionals worldwide. You will report directly to Senior Director, Product Management. This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
At least 2 years of experience with Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar tools
Proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

Experience working with different stakeholders
Previous experience with structured data models

Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven insights to support business goals and support informed decision-making, interacting closely with internal teams to understand their requirements.
Create, maintain, and support interactive, self-service reporting and data visualization solutions.
Perform and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions.
Identify opportunities to automate data processes for regular requests.
Gather, analyze, and model data using analytical tools, documenting the steps taken in an analysis.
Generate monthly metrics and reports on key business indicators.
Conduct regular data and system reporting audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
