Business Analyst (Functional QA Focus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (QA-Focused) to join our Product & Engineering environment and help bridge the gap between business needs, product execution, and software quality. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure applications and workflows function as expected while helping improve documentation, testing processes, and overall product quality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both: understanding how systems and workflows operate, and ensuring features are properly tested before reaching production. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, and hands-on — someone who asks the right questions, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of quality and execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in: Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a combination of both
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with developers and product stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in English

Responsibilities
- Document workflows, business processes, and system behaviors
- Gather, clarify, and refine requirements for new features and updates
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout implementation
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Perform regression and functional testing across web and internal applications
- Help prioritize improvements based on QA findings and business impact
- Ensure features meet functional expectations before release
