About The Position

As an IT Business Analyst, you will have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. You will help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications and systems. Working with a team of engineers and subject matter experts you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high-business products to the customers.

Requirements

Experience standardizing documentation practices and producing comprehensive planning artifacts such as requirements packages
Experience working cross‑functional software testing teams and establishing structured quality assurance processes
Knowledge of designing and deploying change management workflows to improve risk assessments
Ability to design, implement, and maintain risk management processes
HS diploma or GED
Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a Project Management Office with deliverable management or Contract Data Requirements List processes
Experience with MS Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate or other software to create and automate workflows, visualizations, and analytics
Knowledge of program or business management strategy, processes, planning, and application
Bachelor's degree
