About The Position
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise system replacement. This role partners with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and ensure successful delivery by capturing and translating business requirements into effective solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (preferably Hybrid Agile)
- Expertise in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and user stories
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and SaaS environments
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of enterprise systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
