Position – how you’ll contribute Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping Ensure product decisions align with business goals and user experience Support test planning and verify feature readiness against requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery
Strong understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data handling
Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions
Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with a user-centric and product-driven approach
Ability to work with data models, process mapping, and requirements traceability
Skilled in backlog planning and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

Ability to support QA with acceptance/test planning
Knowledge of mobile or web performance metrics
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, serverless APIs)
Experience working in large-scale platform transformation projects

Responsibilities
