About The Position

The Business Analyst will partner with Product Managers to support the development and execution of product and service strategies. This includes maintaining product roadmaps across key segments (e.g., transportation batteries, industrial batteries, industrial e-mobility, hydrogen/fuel cells), aligned to long-term growth plans. They will take ownership of their own career and professional development by documenting and communicating career aspirations and any associated development needs to their manager.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Market research and competitive analysis capabilities
  • Financial and pricing analysis fundamentals
  • Strong communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to create clear, structured materials for both technical and commercial audiences
  • Experience with business tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, market research, or product support (3+ years)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in batteries, energy storage, EV, or industrial markets
  • Exposure to standards, certification, or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting product management or go-to-market activities
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, customer segmentation, or commercial analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the battery and energy storage market to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create quarterly market analysis reports, evaluate market share dynamics, identify competitive gaps, and deliver insights to leadership that guide growth strategy.
  • Regionalize market data to provide actionable insights into local competitive dynamics and customer needs.
  • Support the development of business cases for new services, standards, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment growth objectives.
