Business Analyst - Spanish
About The Position
Turing is seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Analyst to help fine-tune and improve large language models. The role involves answering analytical questions and creating scenarios that help train LLMs, including providing correct answers and explanations. Work includes reading, summarizing, and breaking down large amounts of content into logical sections; conducting online research; validating claims; and using LLMs to solve puzzles. No prior specialized domain experience is needed. The assignment is remote and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week for the contract duration, with 2–5 hours per day overlapping UTC-8:00 (America/Los_Angeles).
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish; multilingual capabilities are mandatory.
- Good research and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment to 40 hours per week for the contract duration, overlapping US hours.
- Desktop or laptop setup with a good internet connection.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field; candidates without a bachelor's degree may qualify through relevant experience.
- Professional writing experience, such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
- Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
