Requirements

  • Is known for autonomy, proactivity, and strong prioritization skills
  • Stands out for analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize information
  • Demonstrates strong ability to simplify complex information and create visuals to enhance understanding
  • Is recognized for collaboration and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Has 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, information technology, computer science, or equivalent
  • Has full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)
  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves regular collaboration with internal partners and consultation of documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Has knowledge of the savings, insurance, or financial sector (an asset)
  • Is familiar with process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.) (an asset)
  • Is comfortable with tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, or other analytical tools (an asset)
  • Is comfortable with evolving technologies, including artificial intelligence, and demonstrates the ability to integrate these tools into work methods to optimize analysis, processes, and decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to large-scale projects and collaborating with various stakeholders while considering interdependencies
  • Working with business partners to clarify their needs and contribute to achieving organizational objectives (growth, efficiency, experience)
  • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders from an innovation and optimization perspective
  • Conducting rigorous, well-documented analyses based on data and expert consultations
  • Contributing to the implementation of business solutions and optimized processes
  • Participating in the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Modeling business processes and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation
  • Analyzing the impacts of changes and supporting change management activities
  • Developing testing strategies and participating in user acceptance testing
  • Gathering and integrating stakeholder feedback to improve deliverables
  • Collaborating closely with business architecture teams, product owners, and technology teams
