About The Position

The Business Analyst will conduct business process reviews and requirements elicitation and documentation, including process modeling. The role also involves developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects and working directly with senior management to facilitate strategy discussions, develop road maps, and build consensus when positions conflict. The position supports projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use.

Requirements

• At least 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation, including process modeling.
• At least 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• At least 2 years working directly with senior management to facilitate discussions about strategy, road maps, and resolving opposing positions.
• At least 2 years working on projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use.
• Local to Michigan.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years supporting the development of or compliance with statements of work and/or other work agreements or contracts.
• At least 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
