About The Position

CorroHealth is at the forefront of the revenue cycle revolution, supporting fundamental operations through expert teams and recasting the role of clinicians via automation. This approach to a clinical revenue cycle aims to exceed client financial health goals by automating key clinical aspects for each patient population. The platforms focus on capturing and applying clinical documentation while reducing the burden on physicians. Scalability is a priority in supporting client program operations. CorroHealth offers flexible engagement models, including outsourcing any portion of the cycle, complementing client programs with expert support, or upskilling existing client teams. Whether through direct deployment of their team or incorporating automation for programmatic solutions, CorroHealth delivers results. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably supporting healthcare or revenue cycle functions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to operational and executive audiences
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Effective at identifying and solving data or process issues
  • USC or GC required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epic, Meditech, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle processes (billing, AR, denials, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, identify, and own operational initiatives, ensuring efforts are focused on business critical, business improvement, and financially beneficial activities.
  • Collect all operational initiatives and, with leadership input, determine prioritization based on company goals and ROI.
  • Create succinct business requirements for reporting applications and analytic teams.
  • Create ad-hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
  • Provide executive-level status updates.
  • Perform requirements elicitation for analytics and reporting initiatives supporting RCM performance, client reporting, and operational decision-making.
  • Translate healthcare business needs into clear and well-structured functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Hypothesize and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for data modeling optimization.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help key stakeholders understand and manage business performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and scale reporting tools.
  • Curate report portfolios/presentations for RCM operations leaders and client stakeholders regarding findings and insights.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for report production optimization.
  • Support standardized definitions for key RCM metrics, KPIs, and reporting conventions.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across recurring and ad hoc reporting.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to data, workflows, or compliance.
  • Inform management of critical risks/issues.
  • Use corporate and/or industry naming guidelines and standard abbreviations.
  • Leverage analytical and time management skills to ensure requirements are accomplished within established timeframes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics within established timeframes.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests in a timely manner with follow-up questions and estimated delivery dates.
  • Communicate and validate requirements with key stakeholders.
