Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
