About The Position

This position utilizes data extraction tools to perform in-depth analysis of programs and opportunities in the collections business. Makes recommendations to improve the business profitability or operational processes based on their analysis and may design strategies to implement those recommendations. Creates and monitors reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in an analytical / quantitative role, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Access.
• Experience in designing and running queries.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and analyzes data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance and variance analysis).
• Recommends improvements related to business profitability and processes.
• Creates and monitors reports to identify issues, trends, opportunities.
• Presents and shares data with other team members.
