About The Position

Triunity is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in P&C insurance, specifically Personal Lines. The role involves coordinating with business leaders on product rollouts, conducting research, making recommendations, and documenting new products, context flows, processes, workflows, and procedures to provide technical, analytical, and business solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodology, particularly in the context of PE11 implementation, and be comfortable engaging in discussions with business heads and sponsors regarding state expansion decisions. This role requires collaboration with larger teams to prepare various documentation, including Architecture Design Documents, System Diagrams, Business Requirement Documents, Functional/Non-Functional Requirement Documents, Use-Cases, Business Process Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Documents of Understanding, and Knowledge Transition Documents. The analyst will also coordinate with Underwriters and the Business team for standard and non-standard business and provide regular status reports to senior management on progress, risks, mitigations, and key asks.

Requirements

  • Very strong Insurance background and knowledge of P&C insurance – Personal Lines.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with different business leaders on products rolled out to new states.
  • Experience in research, recommendations and document new products, context flows, processes, workflows and procedures to provide technical, analytical, and business solutions for business partners.
  • Experienced in working on Agile methodology and ability to understand and articulate the complexities involved in PE11 implementation.
  • Experience in having conversations with Business heads/sponsors, involving in key decision discussions related to state expansion.
  • Experience in coordinating with larger teams in preparing Architecture Design Document/System Diagram, Business Requirement Documents, Functional/Non-Functional Requirement Documents, Use-Case, Business Process Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Document of Understanding, Knowledge Transition Document.
  • Experience in coordinating with Underwriters and Business team for Standard and Non-Standard business.
  • Experience in reporting status on a regular basis to senior management on progress made, risks and mitigations and key asks.
