Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple initiatives
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively with technical concepts and teams
  • Understanding of systems, applications, or IT environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured formats
  • Experience with tools such as: Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with project or tracking tools (e.g., Azure, Jira)
  • Ability to analyze and present data clearly

  • Exposure to both business and technical contexts is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Assess business needs to provide clear and structured documentation (e.g., requirements, user stories, workflows)
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and deliverables
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps
  • Recommend and support implementation of improved workflows
  • Contribute to standardizing documentation and analysis practices
  • Support the definition of business requirements and use cases
  • Assist in scope definition and planning inputs for initiatives and projects
  • Participate in workshops, discussions, and planning sessions
  • Analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights as needed
  • Track key metrics and performance indicators
