Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong ability to transform / extract required details from higher level business requests
  • Working knowledge of query language such as SQL
  • High level of comfort in Excel / Access manipulating data
  • A solid understanding of testing and test case development
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of JAVA, Angular
  • Knowledge of prototyping applications such as Axure
  • Knowledge of Copilot

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal clients defining and refining business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Client team, Development team, and Data Warehouse team, working directly for the Delivery Lead / Product Owner.
  • Be instrumental in data identification, data analysis, unit testing, and managing user testing & sign-off.
  • Increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions / bugs / test failures.
