Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies.
Strong ability to transform / extract required details from higher level business requests
Working knowledge of query language such as SQL
High level of comfort in Excel / Access manipulating data
A solid understanding of testing and test case development
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of JAVA, Angular
Knowledge of prototyping applications such as Axure
Knowledge of Copilot

Responsibilities

Work with internal clients defining and refining business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
Serve as a liaison between the Client team, Development team, and Data Warehouse team, working directly for the Delivery Lead / Product Owner.
Be instrumental in data identification, data analysis, unit testing, and managing user testing & sign-off.
Increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions / bugs / test failures.
