About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves evaluating and improving business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews, develop optimization strategies, and stay current with IT advancements to modernize systems. The position requires conducting meetings, performing requirements analysis, documenting findings, and communicating insights to cross-functional teams and management. You will gather critical information from stakeholders, produce reports, and work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Additionally, you will provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff, allocate resources, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure solutions meet business needs. User acceptance testing, project management, and updating procedures are also key aspects of this role. You will prioritize initiatives, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, manage competing resources, and monitor project deliverables for timely completion.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field or an MBA.
10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto products is must.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
