About The Position

M&K Truck Centers is a premier commercial truck dealership specializing in Mack and Volvo truck sales.

We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑driven Business Analyst to help improve processes, strengthen systems, and support data‑driven decision‑making across our finance, operations, and IT teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with ERP systems, and turning data into clear insights, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, and visualization.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional or enterprise environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK or other Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, or system integrations is helpful.
• Background in automotive, trucking, or dealership operations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the business to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Improve workflows and support enhancements to ERP and related systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
• Work closely with accounting teams to align processes and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to system users.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
