About The Position

The main function is to maintain order management, order allocation and fulfillment, Back Order, communication with internal/external customers, and other responsibilities including not limited to ad hoc report, data analysis, projects involvement. The order management role will be reporting to GPCA CE order management. Our team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
  • 0-2 years’ experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge in order management systems and software a plus (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
  • Customer service, Problem-solving, Data analysis, Time management, Team collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders through various channels
  • Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements
  • Ensure orders are entered into the system accurately and promptly
  • Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, including changes, cancellations, or returns.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about order status, shipping times, and delivery options.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
  • Identify and address potential stockouts or delays that may impact order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order history, modifications, and customer communications.
  • Generate reports on order volume, processing times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to order management.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of order processing and documentation.
