About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the BFS (Banking and Financial Services) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for data engineering and analytics projects, translating these needs into technical specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasibility. This role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data flows, models, and business rules, as well as analyzing existing systems to identify improvements. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in BFS domain as a business and data analyst.

Nice To Haves

• Candidate is familiar with data documentation needed for Change Releases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for data engineering and analytics projects.
