About The Position

The Business Sales Analyst provides strategic business analysis to business partners. The position works closely with business units to understand their strategies, processes, services, and operating context, and supports initiatives that drive business results. The role includes analyzing performance data, advising stakeholders, supporting project delivery and process changes, and using technology to provide insights. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or at least 2 years of related experience.
Technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Azure DataBricks, Tableau, Excel, and Access.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Ability to self-manage workload, handle multiple tasks, and work with employees at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Identify favorable and unfavorable data trends and lead discussions with business stakeholders, sharing results, insights, and recommendations to improve performance.
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Communicate updates and findings, and facilitate project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.
Lead or participate in multiple projects by maintaining project documentation, managing scope and schedules, setting priorities, delivering tasks and milestones on time, following escalation paths, and managing customer and supplier relationships.
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes.
Support implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Leverage technology to provide insights into business initiatives and performance.
Create and provide project-level analysis and documentation.
Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
