About The Position

The Business Analyst supports a large-scale business transformation program focused on replacing legacy case management systems, simplifying business processes, and enabling a more integrated, efficient, and client-centric service delivery model. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the role supports partner integration, business modernization, strategic planning, roadmap development, and stakeholder engagement activities. The Business Analyst translates business requirements into actionable solutions and develops insights and executive communications that support informed decision-making and successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Business Process Analysis/Design, including identifying opportunities for ideally for process improvement and business transformation.
  • Knowledge of Business Transformation, Business Model Strategy, and Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement, Facilitation, and Executive Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across business, technical, and partner groups.
  • Experience supporting Change Enablement, Partner Readiness, and organizational adoption initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Performance Reporting, data analysis, and the development of insights, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles, including planning, coordination, risk management, dependency management, and delivery support.
  • Experience in Benefits Realization, Value Measurement, and Value & Benefit Identification, with the ability to assess and communicate business outcomes and investment impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of partner onboarding and integration activities, including readiness assessments, enablement strategies, engagement plans, and operational transition support.
  • Analyze business needs, business processes, and transformation opportunities to support the modernization and simplification of case management capabilities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the CMP roadmap by identifying and evaluating priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, business outcomes, and program objectives.
  • Conduct research, business analysis, and strategic assessments to develop decision papers, strategic POVs, leadership briefings, and recommendations that support executive and program governance activities.
  • Develop executive-ready governance packs, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and communications products that translate complex technical, program, risk, and dependency information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support business value realization by defining, assessing, and communicating the benefits, impacts, and outcomes associated with modernization initiatives and strategic investments.
  • Maintain governance artifacts, action logs, and decision-support documentation to enable effective governance, tracking, and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate program updates, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes to stakeholders in a concise and meaningful manner, supporting stakeholder engagement, alignment, and informed decision-making.
