About The Position

A PowerPlan Professional Services Analyst works with a team of 2–8 people to configure and customize PowerPlan software for utility customers’ accounting needs and business processes. Analysts interpret design documents and help build solutions by writing SQL scripts, assisting with interface configuration, converting and translating data, and testing outcomes against client requirements. Analysts typically work on one project at a time until they demonstrate proficiency to handle multiple projects. Travel to client sites may be required up to 50% of the time. This is a hybrid role involving a combination of onsite work at the corporate office and work from home. Onsite attendance may be required for scheduled office days, team meetings, client meetings, or special events.
