About The Position
The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Application Services team in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Understanding of IT concepts and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with Agile, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, conduct needs assessments, and translate requirements into IT solutions.
- Develop business requirements, use cases, process documentation, and test scripts.
- Support SDLC activities, process re-engineering, upgrades, maintenance, and application enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define user needs and application solutions.
- Plan and facilitate application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide 2nd/3rd-level production support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives while working effectively with technical and business teams.
