We are seeking a Business Analyst who will oversee the development and implementation of business process/technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques.

Responsibilities

Viewed by customers as a consultant. Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution.
Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.
Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Solves a range of straightforward problems
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
