In this role, you will play a key part in supporting an evolving compensation landscape, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across our compensation programs. What You’ll Be Doing Partner with stakeholders to support GDC ( gross dealer concession) compensation processes, conduct compensation testing and audits. Assist with new product launches, contribute to SOX compliance testing, and drive continuous improvement through ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) reviews and process validation. Support admin systems that process through the Monaco system and it’s a critical process. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Requirements

HS Diploma
2+ years of Business Analysis experience with GDC compensation system experience
3+ years baselining & weekly Baselining support
Experience working with SQL
Project Management skill set
Testing and research skills
Experience with new product implementation
Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
Business Process Design: Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.
Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of key uses and benefits of data analysis tools; ability to utilize data analysis tools to identify factors influencing business performance and to gain greater insight into trends within a business, industry and customer base.
Data Gathering and Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population.
Design Thinking: Knowledge of concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
